Role Summary: We are looking for proactive and driven Field Sales Professionals to join our Agency Vertical team. The role focuses on promoting and selling insurance products via agency partners, fostering strong client relationships, and driving consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard agents/partners to grow the distribution network. Drive sales of Motor, Life, Health, or Commercial insurance products through agency channels. Provide ongoing support and training to agents to help them meet sales goals. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Perform regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector (Motor, Life, Health, or Commercial Lines). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
