The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage [end-to-end processes Recruitment process]. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment
  needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking,
  and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Managing PAN India hiring for around 20 roles at a point from executive till GM Level.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for all roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified
  candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• 7+ years of experience in broad range of Recruitment.
• Experience in Sales and marketing roles.
• Industry- Open to industry (Alco Beverage and FMCG- Good to have).
• Excellent Comms skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
