We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (SDET) who embodies our values of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for product quality and serve as a Quality Engineering Subject Matter Expert. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our products meet the highest standards through strong technical practices, innovation, and proactive ownership. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests. You will work closely with management to enhance quality and process standards, plan and execute effective test approaches, and ensure the on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data. This role requires an intermediate understanding of QA testing, including different testing methodologies and both legacy and new innovation/acquisition products. Your responsibilities will include putting customers first by delivering solutions with reliability, performance, and usability at their core. You will own the quality lifecycle of product features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive test strategy, automation, and continuous validation across UI, API, and data layers, establish actionable metrics and feedback loops, champion the use of smart automation tools, mentor and uplift the quality engineering team, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and team ceremonies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, any Engineering, or a related field, along with 6+ years of experience in software testing and automation in agile environments. You should have a deep understanding of testing strategies, QA patterns, and cloud-native application architectures, as well as hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with UI automation frameworks, observability tools, API testing tools, CI/CD tools, and performance/load testing tools is also required.
