As a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in both Python backend development and .NET full-stack development, you will have the opportunity to work on a Python-based backend project initially for 3 months. During this phase, you will focus on API development, Azure integrations, and asynchronous programming. Subsequently, the role will transition to developing and maintaining our .NET-based full-stack applications with Angular, C#, and SQL Server. Your responsibilities during the Python Backend Development phase will include designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI), integrating Microsoft Azure services, implementing asynchronous programming, optimizing SQL queries, participating in Scrum ceremonies, using GitHub for version control, documenting technical solutions, and integrating third-party APIs. Additionally, you will perform unit testing, integration testing, and ensure high code coverage. Following the initial phase, you will move on to the .NET Full-Stack Development phase where you will develop and maintain web applications, create and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, enhance front-end components, manage backend and front-end integration, perform API testing, follow Agile/Scrum practices, and contribute to technical discussions. You will also manage source code, ensure clear communication/documentation, and participate in application deployment processes. The required technical skills for this role include proficiency in Python backend development, hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, and RESTful API development, strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns, experience with Azure Function Apps and Azure Service Bus, familiarity with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC), Entity Framework, and LINQ, front-end development skills using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications. Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Portal, GitHub, VS Code, Visual Studio, SSMS, Postman or Insomnia, working in Agile/Scrum environments, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps is advantageous. Soft skills such as excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, task management, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.
