Senior Property Manager

As a Female Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a 5-floor property located in Hauz Khas, ensuring it remains clean, functional, and in excellent condition. Your primary duties will include overseeing daily maintenance tasks, promptly addressing wear and tear, and coordinating with various service staff such as plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. It is essential for you to reside in or near Hauz Khas to provide easy availability and full-time on-site presence. Your key responsibilities will involve supervising housekeeping and security staff, maintaining a daily checklist for property inspection, keeping records of maintenance work and vendor visits, handling emergency repairs efficiently, and ensuring the upkeep of all common areas within the property. Professional behavior and effective communication with tenants and vendors are crucial aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you must be a female candidate living in or near Hauz Khas with prior experience in property or facility management. A strong understanding of basic maintenance tasks, physical agility to supervise across multiple floors, good communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
