Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Female Property Manager to manage and maintain a 5-floor property located in Hauz Khas. The candidate must ensure the property remains clean, functional, and in excellent condition by handling daily maintenance and addressing wear and tear promptly. The candidate must reside in or near Hauz Khas for easy availability and full-time on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the upkeep and day-to-day management of a 5-floor property
• Identify and resolve wear and tear or repair needs immediately
• Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other service staff
• Supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure cleanliness and order
• Maintain a daily checklist for property inspection and follow-ups
• Keep records of all maintenance work and vendor visits
• Handle any emergency repairs or complaints quickly and efficiently
• Ensure all common areas (stairs, lift, terrace, etc.) are well maintained
• Be present on-site throughout the working hours and available as needed
• Maintain professional behavior and communication with tenants/vendors

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Must live in or near Hauz Khas (South Delhi)
• Prior experience in property or facility management preferred
• Strong understanding of basic maintenance tasks
• Physically active and able to supervise across multiple floors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Punctual, disciplined, and available full-day
• Basic computer or record-keeping skills preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
