Senior Project Manager - (Interior )

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scope:Defining project goals, scope, and objectives, creating detailed project plans, and identifying potential risks and challenges.
• Budget Management:Developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
• Client Communication:Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Coordination:Leading and coordinating design teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Schedule Management:Developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Material Sourcing:Sourcing and procuring materials and products, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project, such as design conflicts, budget overruns, or schedule delays.
• Quality Control:Ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and specifications.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, and records of decisions and changes.
