Senior Product+Visual Designer

About the Role: At Loop, we re fundamentally rethinking healthcare to empower people to live longer, healthier lives. Our design team is looking for a Senior Product+Visual Designer to shape the future of care and insurance products at Loop. What You Will Be Doing: Work closely with other designers, product managers and engineers to design consumer and B2B offerings across insurance and healthcare Provide creative direction in interface and visual design Help redesign Loop s mobile and web apps Participate in rapid iterations of hypothesising, prototyping, testing and learning Work closely with designer teammates, engage in critiques, and foster studio culture. What We Are Looking For: Deep expertise in interaction and interface design Strong visual craftspersonship with a solid understanding of typography, colour, composition, etc. 4+ years of experience designing software products At least a few years of experience working on consumer products Intermediate-level knowledge of motion design Strong rapid prototyping skills using a variety of tools: Figma, Origami, SwiftUI, ProtoPie, etc. Experience with creative coding (WebGL, SwiftUI, Flutter) is a plus Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini) is a plus Design system experience is a plus Prior healthcare experience is a plus Basic understanding of UX research and service design Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with strong project and time management skills Well educated in design, regardless of whether you went to design school or not About Loop Health: Loop Health, founded in 2018, is Indias first health assurance company, based in Bengaluru.
