Role: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Work Mode: On-site (WFO) Experience: 5 - 7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coding, mentoring developers, and building scalable, high-performance applications across web and desktop platforms. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of robust enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor a team of developers . Provide technical guidance and resolve complex coding issues. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality. Software Development Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET (Core & Framework), MVC , WinForms, and Angular. Write clean, scalable code and develop client-side and server-side architecture. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Database Management Design and maintain SQL Server databases. Develop stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies. Optimize queries for performance and scalability. System Design & Integration Work with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices Architecture. Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and project managers on system architecture and delivery timelines. Required Technical Skills ASP.NET (Core & Framework), MVC, WinForms, C# Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS SQL Server: Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Indexing, Query Optimization RESTful API development and integration Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Knowledge of desktop application architecture best practices Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 57 years of full-stack .NET development experience Proven track record in a leadership or senior technical role Interested candidates kindly share your updated resumes directly to dpriyadarshini@kognivera.com
