Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality. Role & responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior leadership team Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in a corporate or professional services environment Benefits Opportunity to work with senior leadership team Professional development and skill enhancement Collaborative and dynamic work environment
