STP/WTP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of STP/WTP projects (Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Handover).
• Prepare and review

  tender documents

  ,

  technical bids

  , and

  financial proposals

  for public and private sector projects.
• Evaluate and interpret

  BOQs

  ,

  drawings

  ,

  technical specifications

  , and

  RFPs

  .
• Lead

  bid preparation

  including costing, vendor coordination, documentation, and submission within timelines.
• Supervise installation and operation of large-scale plants (

  10 MLD to 100+ MLD

  ).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with government norms, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Optimize operational costs and ensure the plant runs at optimal efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in

  tendering process

  bid documentation

  contract negotiations

• Hands-on experience managing

  large-capacity plants (MLD scale)

  .
• Familiarity with STP and WTP technologies like

  MBR, MBBR, SBR

  , and WTP processes including

  coagulation, filtration, disinfection, RO

• Understanding of

  CPWD

  state water boards

  municipal tendering systems

• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage timelines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
