Role Overview: As the Design Project Lead, you will spearhead new project initiatives, focusing on creating and executing efficient processes that enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The SKU Onboarding & Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient onboarding of new SKUs into the inventory system. This includes ensuring compliance with storage requirements, maintaining data accuracy, and managing the lifecycle of products from introduction to expiration. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure all products are stored and managed optimally. Summary of Responsibilities: Create and Execute Processes: Identify gaps in current processes and develop innovative solutions. Implement and oversee new processes and tech initiatives across stores nationwide. Define clear goals and regularly assess process effectiveness for continuous improvement. Drive High Performance & Customer-Focused Culture: Use metrics to identify process gaps and improve speed, reliability, customer experience, and cost. Lead training programs focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success. Ability to Learn: Learn new tools and execute their implementation. Align stakeholders and understand use cases. Document all changes and rollouts comprehensively. Be Structured and Agile: Develop and implement new tech solutions with a customer-first approach. Promote continuous improvement and learning within the design team and the broader organization. Drive projects forward with dedication and integrity. SKU Data Collection and Verification: Gather detailed product information from suppliers and internal stakeholders. Verify the accuracy and completeness of SKU attributes such as descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and compliance data. Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter SKU information into the product management system. Maintain up-to-date and accurate product data in the company's database. Strong in SQL & Python with data insights & analytics. Approval Process Management: Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals for SKU attributes. Track and follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely completion. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all SKUs meet regulatory and company standards. Conduct regular audits of SKU data to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for SKU-related inquiries and issues. Work closely with suppliers, product managers, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to the SKU onboarding process. Implement best practices for SKU data management and approval workflows. Qualifications : Proven experience in leading design projects and developing efficient processes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into metrics to identify and resolve issues. Ability to develop and implement tech solutions that enhance project outcomes. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong organizational and agile project management abilities. A proactive and ownership-driven approach to work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food safety and hazardous materials. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional visits to warehouse and storage facilities.
