In the realm of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for optimizing resources, managing budgets strategically, and assessing program effectiveness through data and feedback. Your role will involve collaborating with business leaders to customize and implement programs effectively, ensuring measurable outcomes that support the growth plans of the local market. Moreover, you will partner with the HR team to assess and enhance office culture and employee experience, leveraging McDonald's values and cultural norms to create a cohesive learning culture consistent with the global brand. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 11-15 years of experience in Learning Design, Leadership Development, or Learning Delivery, with a Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or related field.
