Role Purpose
To lead the design, execution and governance of training delivery and skill development initiatives across business functions. This role ensures impactful learning experience that drive behavioral change, functional proficiency and business results across the frontline and mid management workforce.
Role Accountability
- Training Delivery Management:
- Oversee end-end delivery of learning programs across all functions
- Manage internal trainer capability and external facilitator partnership to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor adherence to training calendars and SLAs across functions
- Ensure all training interventions are learner centric, engaging and aligned with business expectations
- Skill Development: Implement org wide capability initiatives
- Curate and deliver skill specific learning in collaborations with content and LMS team
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive learning solutions
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all training delivery is of high quality, and aligns to adult learning principles
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in content development and incorporate them into the learning materials
- Project Management: Manage multiple content development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Lead innovation in bringing in tools and best practices towards enabling effective content design and development
- End to end management of assigned learning program/s
- Overseeing the learning needs of assigned business functions across learning cycle
- Team leadership: Manage a team of trainer/s. Upskill trainer on facilitation skills and TTT on content for delivery. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in training delivery
