Job Description

Senior Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development for
ISO certification services
(e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001, etc.) and
customized corporate training programs
.
Build and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, industry associations, and certification seekers.
Identify high-potential markets, generate qualified leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
Work closely with the
Managing Director
to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Collaborate with technical and audit teams for proposal development, client onboarding, and project delivery.
Respond to RFPs, manage pre-sales and client documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Represent KBS at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and client meetings to build visibility and credibility.
Track sales metrics, forecast targets, and maintain business reports.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
business development or sales of ISO certifications, audits, or training services
.
Educational Qualification:
MBA (Marketing preferred)
/ Graduate with strong industry connections.
Strong understanding of ISO standards and their application across various industries.
Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and target achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Faridabad
.
