We’re looking for a Legal Associate with experience in corporate law, M&A, and legal structuring to join our growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate legal documents including:
• Shareholder & Subscription Agreements (SHA/SSA)
• M&A documentation (SPA, JV agreements, SLAs)
• Family Constitutions, Wills, Trust Deeds, Gift Deeds
• Commercial contracts & NDAs
• Support and lead legal due diligence for:
• Business acquisitions and divestments
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Strategic family business realignments
• Assist in corporate structuring and entity setup:
• SPVs, LLPs, family trusts, holding companies
• Regulatory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI
• Advise on succession planning and governance:
• Design and execute legal frameworks for inter-generational wealth transfer
• Draft legal documents to implement family charters and council mechanisms

Qualifications:

• LL.B. from a top-tier law school (LL.M./CS a plus)
• 4–5 years of experience in:
• Corporate law & M&A
• Family office or private client practice
• Legal advisory in law firms or investment environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹314,043.83 - ₹1,107,069.51 per year
