Senior IT Sales Manager

The role of a Senior IT Sales person at our company requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in selling SaaS and CRM solutions within the IT industry. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving end-to-end sales of CRM services, and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Your expertise in closing deals, understanding client IT needs, particularly in CRM services, and experience with Zoho CRM will be invaluable in this role. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and presentations, collaborating with the technical team to tailor solutions, communicating the value of SaaS, CRM, and IT services to different industries, and achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. It is essential to stay updated with the latest industry trends, IT products, and competitive offerings while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts in the CRM system. To excel in this role, you should have 4 to 6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in SaaS and CRM solutions, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions. Experience in selling Zoho CRM or similar CRM solutions is highly desirable. Your proven ability to close deals, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capability to present technical solutions effectively to various audiences will be crucial. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactive problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position based in Haryana, Haryana, with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and the option to work from home.
