Senior IT Sales Manager

As a Senior IT Sales Manager at New Era Informatique Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading the business development efforts in IT hardware, software, and hybrid infrastructure solutions & services. With over a decade of experience in IT Hardware, Software & Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Sales & Services, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Your strong network of enterprise clients and proven track record in sales will be instrumental in acquiring new customers while nurturing existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners, and leading the sales team to ensure targets are met. You will work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in areas such as networking, storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. By staying abreast of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies, you will refine sales strategies to drive business growth. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred) along with certifications in Sales or IT Management. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in handling large deals, RFPs, and enterprise account management will be key to your success. Preferred skills include selling IT solutions in BFSI, Media, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, understanding of Hybrid cloud computing, AI-driven solutions, and managed services, and proficiency in leveraging CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
