Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Job Description

System Design and Development: Leading the design of HVAC systems for various types of buildings, including commercial, industrial, and residential. Load Calculations and Analysis: Performing detailed calculations to determine heating and cooling loads, and optimizing system performance. Equipment Selection: Selecting appropriate HVAC equipment, such as chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems, based on project needs and energy efficiency considerations. Ductwork and Piping Design: Designing ductwork and piping systems for proper airflow distribution and system operation. Compliance and Codes: Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations. Collaboration and Communication: Working with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design. Project Management: Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of HVAC solutions. Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for HVAC systems.
