Senior HR Executive

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.
• Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation. Conduct exit interviews to provide insight into voluntary separation decisions.
• Administers and promote employee recognition programs.
• Ensure enforcement of all HR policies, processes and procedures at unit level in guidance from head office HR dept.
• To prepare attendance & leave balance record for payroll inputs for respective unit.
• To conduct employee engagement programs (e.g. Star of the month, Unit anniversary, etc.)
• To send daily employee tracker (DET) to HR department on a daily basis.
• Ensure seamless exit for left employees and coordinate Head office for their FNF settlements.
• To coordinate with the Head office HR dept. for all departmental requirements at the unit.
• To arrange travel, accommodation for visiting employees / guests / deligates.
• To display compliance related documents on notice board.
• To maintain Wages register, Attendance register and any other statutory registers as per local government body requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
