As a Growth Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will own and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth for our internal and client brands. You will plan and manage performance marketing campaigns, organic lead generation, and end-to-end social media management — from content creation to community building — ensuring brand consistency and strong ROI. Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and execution calendars. Plan, design, and manage end-to-end online customer acquisition campaigns. Manage SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and rankings. Build and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Create and optimize sales funnels for effective lead conversion. Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to ensure ROI and cost efficiency. Identify and test new digital channels and tactics to drive growth. Develop and execute organic lead generation strategies for platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Manage email marketing workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions. Analyze data to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies. Create and share monthly performance reports and live dashboards with internal teams and clients.
