Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced candidate with minimum 2 yrs of experience in Graphic designing who can handle a team and has a good communication skill.

• Supervise and lead the graphic designing team.
• Participate in designing and redesigning designing Websites & Mobile Apps.
• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project.
• Delegate job responsibilities among team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline and estimated budget.
• Dealing with the clients and be the point of contact.
• Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs.
• Support, mentor and assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project.
• Consult with clients on various approaches to their custom solution including Design and Development methodologies, UI frameworks, platforms and tools.

Key Skills Required:

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing tools.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
