Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end
New Product Development
from concept to production.
Create and modify 2D/3D designs using
AutoCAD, Creo, or NX
.
Build and manage
BOMs (Bill of Materials)
accurately.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing & Suppliers.
Prepare
engineering documentation
, technical reports, and validation records.
Coordinate with
vendors/suppliers
for prototyping and sample approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
,
Industrial Design
, or related.
3–5 years’ experience in
Product Development / R&D / NPD
.
Strong proficiency in CAD tools (
AutoCAD, Creo, or NX
).
Familiarity with
GD&T
, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
