Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for TiO. Identify and explore new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Manage and grow key customer relationships in target industries. Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and channel partner development. Oversee marketing initiatives, product promotion, and brand positioning. Collaborate with R&D, technical service, and supply chain teams for customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and managers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare regular performance reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record in industrial sales in paints, inks, coatings, or additives industries. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
