Job Description

LTFinance is looking for SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HL DISBURSEMENT to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Handle end-to-end processing of Home Loan disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate release of funds as per sanctioned terms and company policies
Scrutinize loan documentation and validate completeness, correctness, and compliance before initiating disbursement
Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, legal, and technical teams to ensure all prerequisites and disbursement conditions are met
Maintain proper records of disbursed cases and ensure documentation is safely stored and digitally updated
Liaise with customers, builders, and channel partners to resolve queries related to disbursement
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements in all processes
Generate and analyze disbursement MIS reports, highlight anomalies, and take corrective actions
Support audits by providing necessary data and documents promptly
Work closely with finance and treasury teams to ensure smooth fund flow and reconciliations
