Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive - Client Servicing located in New Delhi. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes developing and maintaining client relationships, addressing client concerns, and contributing to financial planning and reporting related to client projects.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Ability to research about various business units of the clients and understanding their communication needs
• Ability to understand the brief and coordinate with internal teams for execution
• Strong experience in working on creative briefs and making presentations
• Work on multiple accounts assigned by the team lead
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in client servicing roles is a must
