Senior Ecommerce Manager - Amazon

Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organiza We are looking for a E-Commerce Specialist , having at least 2+ years of work experience as a Specialist in eCommerce operations, experience with Shopify, experience with 3P platforms and seller marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and/or Walmart. Roles & Responsibilities · End-to-end responsibility of Brands P&L through our eCommerce partners like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc. and delivering monthly/quarterly revenue targets. · Develop and Manage AOP plans based on Revenue targets, marketing spends and new product launches. · Drive customer experience by optimizing listing quality, product ratings, regional replications, and strategic pricing alignment. · Inventory Planning and Forecasting across all ecommerce channels. · Driving digital marketing campaigns across different eCommerce channels, monitoring its performance, and optimizing its ROI as per company's goal and budgets. · Relationship management with eCommerce operations team, production team, vendor partners, and brand team. · Driving core marketing initiatives ; New Product Launches, New Channel Identification, Pricing Strategy, etc. · Ability to work on tools such as Amazon Pi and Helium10 (or similar tools) · Collaborating with web designers as well as graphic designers for all marketing assets · Managing Shopify website product listings including management of products, pricing, inventory, etc. · Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction · Full understanding and execution of Amazon PPC products, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display · Plan, manage, and execute Amazon PPC Campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously. · Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or Cost per Acquisition (CPA), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs. · Manage a sizable book of business, consisting of multiple brands/clients, ranging from small to large in size What you'll bring: • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and processes. • Bachelor's degree. • 0-2 years of work experience in eCommerce operations or related field Location - Pune, MH, India.
