Senior Designer (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 5+ years experience Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design thinking skills, and the ability to lead design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure high standards of visual communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of creative assets for digital and print media, including web, mobile, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and branding.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective and visually engaging design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs created by junior team members.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, UI/UX, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with branding, digital marketing campaigns, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
