Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale data lakes and integrations on AWS or GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and a minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable data architectures for data lakes on AWS or GCP
Implement data integration pipelines using various tools and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions
Develop and maintain high-quality, we'll-documented code
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance
Optimize data processing and storage for improved performance and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on AI implementations
Strong expertise in designing and developing data lakes on AWS or GCP
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with data integration tools such as Apache Beam, Apache NiFi, or AWS Glue
Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices
