Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4 – 5 Years Team: Creative Strategy Reporting to: Strategy Lead Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can go beyond just writing captions. You’ll lead ideation, shape campaign narratives, and bring influencer-led stories to life. From strategy decks to scripts and social-first ideas, you’ll be at the heart of our creative engine. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy: Collaborate with strategy and brand teams to craft compelling campaign narratives, influencer storylines, and pitch-winning ideas. Conceptual Thinking: Ideate and present original, thumb-stopping content concepts tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Copywriting: Write influencer scripts, captions, hooks, headlines, and brand messaging that reflect diverse brand voices. Deck Crafting: Help articulate campaign ideas in client-facing decks with clarity and flair. Trendspotting: Stay updated with digital trends, meme culture, and platform best practices to inspire content that’s current and relevant. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with influencers, content creators, designers, and video teams to bring ideas to life. Mentorship: Guide junior writers and contribute to raising the creative bar internally. What We’re Looking For 4 - 5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing. A sharp creative mind with a strategic backbone able to think big and write small. Strong portfolio that showcases digital-first campaigns, influencer ideas, and original content. Ability to adapt tone of voice across categories from D2C to luxury, from tech to fashion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment with quick turnarounds. Passion for pop culture, creators, and storytelling. Good to Have Experience in scripting for Reels & Shorts Prior exposure to brand + influencer campaign lifecycles (from brief to execution).
