Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Manager located in Saharanpur. The Senior Business Manager will lead and manage business operations, develop and implement strategic business initiatives, and ensure the achievement of company goals. Daily tasks include overseeing branch operations, managing client relationships, developing and training staff, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and reporting to senior management.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the finance industry is highly desirable
