Senior Business Development Manager (Solar rooftop)

The Senior Manager – Business Development (Solar Rooftop) is responsible for driving growth through strategic business acquisition, developing a strong partner and customer network, and managing key client relationships. The role demands a deep understanding of rooftop solar solutions, government policies, and the commercial & industrial (C&I) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new rooftop solar projects (C&I, residential, and institutional sectors).
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Develop business strategy to expand presence across geographies and sectors.
• Lead client interactions from inquiry to closure, including technical and financial discussions.
• Prepare and present project proposals, techno-commercial offers, and ROI calculations.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to identify opportunities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to represent the company.
• Build partnerships with EPCs, DISCOMs, consultants, and third-party vendors for lead generation.
• Ensure proper documentation, PPA negotiation, and client satisfaction through the project life cycle.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
