Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join Nowgray IT Services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in selling IT or digital services. You will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, pitching our services, and achieving monthly targets. Candidates must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage relationships with both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (preferably IT industry)
