Job Description

SNTP Technologies is India’s first company to be certified and licensed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for manufacturing ISI Mark Rebar Couplers as per IS 16172:2023. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and reliability, we cater to diverse infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, metro rail, tunnels, and high-rise buildings. We are looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to spearhead business development and client engagement with developers, builders and infrastructure companies. Key Responsibilities Drive business generation from infrastructure projects across PAN India. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, developers, and government agencies. Educate and promote the use of SNTP ISI Mark Rebar Couplers by conducting presentations, seminars, and technical discussions with stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, project leads, and decision-makers within the infrastructure sector. Prepare and present customized proposals, technical credentials, cost comparisons, and benefit analyses to clients. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction. Regularly track competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration goals. Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Qualifications & Skills Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing/Sales. Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in sales/business development within infrastructure, construction materials, or allied industries. Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, procurement cycles, and project sales. Proven track record in business generation and key account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence consultants and decision-makers with technical product knowledge.
