Senior - BT-FS -Business Transformation - WAM

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the Wealth or Asset management Industry, with a strong background in portfolio accounting/fund accounting. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage and deliver innovative solutions to clients, ensuring successful project execution. Liaise and manage key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution delivery. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions. Analyze and resolve complex business problems, providing expert advice and guidance. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of various asset classes, including fixed income, equity, and derivatives across front office, middle office, and back office. Experience in fund accounting platform migrations/implementations is preferred. Excellent leadership and client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. High-level understanding of data models and application/business architecture around the package. Good techno-functional knowledge of Core Wealth/Asset management, with exposure to Geneva/FIS Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager/Temenos Multifonds, Simcorp, etc. Technical experience working with data, understanding relational data models, and writing SQL queries. Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases, and advanced Excel and VBA skills. MBA/CA/CFA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/equivalent.
