Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the Wealth or Asset management Industry, with a strong background in portfolio accounting/fund accounting. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage and deliver innovative solutions to clients, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. Liaise and manage key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of various asset classes, including fixed income, equity, and derivatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. Analyze client requirements and streamline them to maximize benefits from the package. Review client processes and workflows, making recommendations for improvement. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of various asset classes, including fixed income, equity, and derivatives. Experience working in Wealth or Asset management Industry in portfolio accounting/fund accounting. Good understanding of data models and application/business architecture around the package. Excellent client-facing skills and high-level understanding of data model and application/business architecture. Technical experience working on data, understanding relational data models, and SQL queries. Advanced Excel and VBA skills, with exposure to Core Wealth/Asset management. MBA/CA/CFA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience.
