As a Senior Associate Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in clients" digital transformation journeys. Collaborating closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams, you will design Managed Services solutions across the cloud technology domain. Bringing your expertise to the forefront, you will co-create value and ensure the delivery of secure, innovative, and competitive solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing data models that meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across the cloud domain. Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, you will contribute to maintaining our cutting-edge company products. Supporting service design deliverables, you will interface with internal teams and partners to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Engaging in the complete solution development process, you will map client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, coordinating end-to-end solutions that align with technological and service standards. Implementing consulting approaches to consolidate client needs, you will prepare transition documents and define both the current state and the desired future state of solutions. Continuing engagement with client projects post-implementation, you will offer ongoing support and participate in renewals. Testing and validating new design features, providing suggestions for enhancing existing service offers, and collaborating closely with sales teams to discuss commercial models with clients are integral aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should have a good understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration. Basic skills in Azure, GCP, and/or AWS infrastructure architecture and pre-sales are required. Additionally, knowledge of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology, and cloud-native technologies is essential. Understanding Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models is crucial. You should be able to work with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders, possess strong communication and presentation abilities, and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams effectively. Demonstrating the ability to communicate potential improvements and the value of solutions to all stakeholder levels is key. A passion for staying updated on emerging trends in cloud technology and managed services is necessary. A bachelor's degree in information technology/systems or a related field is also required.
