Job Description

Responsibilities

Acts as technical lead and subject matter expert
Complex issue resolution for third-party applications used in production and manufacturing.
Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
Leads large projects, upgrades, or cross-site implementations
Designs, integrates, and upgraded new manufacturing systems, tools, and technologies into the existing IT ecosystem.
Document system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
Develop training strategies and support standards
Advanced understanding of custom database-driven applications
Advanced knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, .NET, Java).
Mentors other support team members, reviews work quality and helps define IT support standards.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.

Shift timing:

7:30pm until 5:00am IST / 2:30pm until 12:00am IST
