The team you will be a part of

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the complete Vijayawada Branch and responsible for formulating and executing the Business plan in Home Appliances. You will lead a Team ASMs and Retail Executives to deliver the set objectives across all key channels.

Branch Manager leading Channel Sales in Home Appliances and Air Conditioners.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Proactively identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of primary & secondary targetsIdentifying & targeting new business opportunities and continuously expanding the existing clientele base through sales promotional activitiesOptimizing channel functions & flows, direct & indirect channel partner’s counter-wise targets, all-monthly channel partner’s incentives & payouts; ensuring optimum inventory levels with dealers to meet market requirementsDeveloping / sustaining the existing network & effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of productsDevising target incentive and promotional schemes to generate / maximise and achieve yearly volumes with a motivated sales force

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 8 years experience in similar rolesFull Time Graduate with MBA from Reputed institutes
