Senior AME Instructor (CAR 147 Basic)

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in accordance with CAR 147 Basic Training standards for Category B1.1 (Mechanical) and Category B2 (Avionics) to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) students. The role ensures compliance with DGCA CAR 147 Basic & CAR 66 standards to prepare students for CAR-66 license examinations and future aviation maintenance roles.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Degree or completion of an DGCA approved AME course Cat. B1.1/B2

civil aviation maintenance environment in CAR 145 organisation

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in relevant B1.1 and/or B2 modules as per CAR 66 syllabus.

· Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments in line with DGCA and institute standards.

· Conduct internal assessments and examinations in accordance with CAR 147 Basic standards.

· Maintain accurate training records for each student and report progress regularly.

· Support practical training activities in the hangar, workshops, and labs, ensuring safety      and regulatory compliance.
