Job Title: Senior Accountant – Jewellery Industry Location: Secunderabad Experience: 3 –6 Years in Accounting Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the Jewellery Industry only will be considered Joining: Immediately Salary: 5 to 7Lakhs per annum Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in inventory accounting, gold stock reconciliation, vendor payments, GST, and day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, and inventory movements (gold, diamonds, and other items) Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliations Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances Perform periodic stock audits and gold weight reconciliations Handle vendor payments, cash flow tracking, and petty cash Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits Use accounting software (Tally or equivalent) efficiently for all entries and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 3–4 years of accounting experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory) Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and gold inventory tracking Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations applicable to the jewellery sector Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Benefits: Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Accountant in Jewellery Industry : 5 years (Preferred) Sr. Accounting: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
