Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (preferably in a school or educational institution)
Salary: INR 35,000.00 to INR 40,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, fee collections, and general ledger maintenance.
· Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
· Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
· Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation for internal and external audits.
· Oversee fee management and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
· Monitor and manage school ERP accounting modules (experience with platforms like Entab, Fedena, Teno, etc., preferred).
· Work closely with the administration on financial planning and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
· Proven experience as a senior accountant, preferably in a school setup.
· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel) and school ERP systems.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
· Smart personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic school environment.
