Job Description

Role & responsibilities Client Liaison Acts as the main point of contact between the client and the company. Relationship Manager Builds and maintains long-term, trusting relationships with clients. Business Developer Identifies opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, or new service offerings. Project Coordinator Oversees the delivery of services/products to ensure they meet client expectations. Problem Solver Handles issues and escalations quickly and professionally to retain client satisfaction. Strategic Partner Works with clients to understand their goals and aligns company solutions accordingly. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services (preferably in [industry]). Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and growing revenue. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
