Job Description

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced and responsible Security Guard Supervisor to oversee and manage the activities of the security team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors by effectively supervising guards, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all security guards on site Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules, and attendance Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises Monitor CCTV and security systems for unusual activities Ensure all guards are alert, properly uniformed, and equipped Respond to security breaches, emergencies, or incidents professionally Maintain incident reports, visitor logs, and security documentation Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to guards Liaise with management, vendors, and law enforcement when required Enforce all safety policies and procedures Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in security (with supervisory experience preferred) Knowledge of security operations, emergency protocols, and equipment Good leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions Physically fit and willing to work in shifts Basic knowledge of report writing and computer use Must have valid ID proofs and security training certifications (if applicable) Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + overtime (if applicable) Uniform and safety equipment provided Accommodation or transport (if applicable) Long-term stable job with career growth opportunities
