Position: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Night Shift Location: Dwarka Timings: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Industry: Security Services Experience: 2-5 years in security operations/client servicing preferred Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and reliable Key Account Manager for night shift operations. This role is central to ensuring uninterrupted security service delivery across client sites. The KAM will serve as the single point of contact during the night for all client locations, managing escalations, coordinating with field officers and guards, and ensuring swift resolution of operational issues. Key Responsibilities:Monitor security operations across all client sites during the night. Maintain continuous communication with site supervisors, field officers, and client representatives. Handle any operational issues, staff absenteeism, or emergencies in real-time. Coordinate immediate backup/replacements in case of absenteeism or breakdown. Escalate serious matters to senior leadership as per SOPs. Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports. Ensure SOPs, schedules, and emergency protocols are followed across sites. Key Requirements:Proven experience in managing client operations, preferably in security/facility management. Strong communication skills (Hindi and English). Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy – able to use call monitoring, reporting tools, and WhatsApp/email effectively. Willingness to work night shifts from the office on a full-time basis.
