Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitoring and Ensuring Timely Sample Analysis
Specification Management via SAP4.
Audit Participation and Compliance
Inventory Management of Lab Chemicals and Critical Spares
Maintain monthly inventory of lab chemicals, packing materials, consumables, and working standards.
Track daily consumption to support accurate monthly inventory planning.
Prepare inventory reports and raise requisitions to address deficits.
Ensure timely analysis of Raw Material (RM), Packing Material, and In-process Finished Goods (FG) samples.
Standardize all analytical solutions used in testing.
Validate periodic calibration of laboratory instruments.
Review root cause analysis reports for breakdowns or abnormalities; propose preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and promote first-time-right results to reduce reanalysis.
Review and validate customer-agreed product specifications in SAP.
Ensure system-based documentation and implementation of correct specification characteristics.
Actively participate in internal, ISO, customer, and departmental audits.
Ensure 100% SOP and regulatory compliance across all QC operations.
Drive closure of audit observations with a focus on continuous system improvement.
