Admini Boosting Productivity is looking for Secretary to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessaryManaging the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointmentsPreparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and formsAs a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemCheck frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate ordersMake travel arrangementsDocument expenses and hand in reportsUndertake occasional receptionist duties
