Maintain system documentation, logs, and reports for audits and analysis. Interact regularly with international clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver resolutions. Implement network policies, security standards, and best practices. SDN, SDWAN hands-on Experience Work closely with cross-functional teams including server admins, cloud engineers, and IT support teams. Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated network issues. Participate in client meetings, system audits, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration. Must have active CCNA certification . (Additional certifications like CCNP or security certifications are a plus.) Solid knowledge of Cisco hardware, networking protocols, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching. Experience working with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems. Prior experience in a client-facing role with international customers is mandatory . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
