Job Description

Role & responsibilities Agile Implementation & Coaching: Evolve Agile standards and practices. Coach teams on Agile principles and methodologies. Support new teams in adopting Agile. Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives). Maintain and administer Agile tools (e.g., Jira). Team Support & Collaboration: Foster team ownership, cohesion, and empowerment. Encourage transparency, openness, and a collaborative environment. Align team efforts with portfolio schedules and sprint goals. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate clear communication and alignment with stakeholders. Identify dependencies and ensure coordination across teams. Provide updates, manage expectations, and promote feedback culture. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive retrospectives and implement improvements. Promote a culture of innovation and adaptability. Analyse team performance metrics to guide improvements. Training & Development: Contribute to Agile training and knowledge sharing. Mentor team members and support professional growth. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification. • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. • Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile practices and SDLC. • Proficiency in Jira, Trello, MS Office, and Windows OS. • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. • High attention to detail and quality. • Effective multitasking and time management. • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Preferred: • Knowledge of SAP EHS.
