Create and track Project Charter and related activities 4. Develop Work Breakdown Structure WBS with Key milestones Estimated Timelines Resource Allocation and Acceptance Criteria 5. Monitor the progress of project on daily, weekly, monthly 6. Regular communication about the progress Status updates to leadership team highlighting project status issues risks 7. ServiceNow Ticket management Incidents Changes Requests and Problem management 8. Document and enable processes wherever required 9. Obtain document the signoffs from stakeholders as needed
